The American Bicycle Company fire in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The factory was a nearly 120 years old and was currently being remodeled for office space and loft apartments for the neighboring Grand Valley State University campus. The building was located at Butterworth & Fulton in Grand Rapids.

First alarm was toned out at 19:45 hours, fire companies on scene went into a defensive attack upon arrival. At 20:45 hours, the building had all but collapsed and was declared a total loss. There is a fire investigation pending as to the cause of the fire.
