Engine 124, first to arrive, found a 4 day old, 2004 motor home, fully involved. The owner stated that while returning from it's maiden camping trip, the engine light came on and within minutes, smoke was billowing out from the engine compartment.

It took 4 engine companies and 1 water tender under Battalion Chief Anthony Marrone approximately 15 minutes to knock down the blaze.

The motor home was totally destroyed. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters. Cause is under investigation.
