Statesville, North Carolina Small Plane Crash Claims Two

A single engine Aircraft crashed into an embankment at Statesville Regional Airport Friday afternoon killing two of the four passengers on board.

A single engine Aircraft crashed into an embankment at Statesville Regional Airport Friday afternoon killing two of the four passengers on board. And seriously injuring two others.

There has been no official determination for the cause of the crash but weather is believed to have played a part in the plane going down.
