Fire Destroys Ft. Worth Historic Motel

Fort Worth firefighters work to control a 2 alarm fire in the old Victorian Inn Motel in the 1800 block of Hemphill Street just after 3AM.  Flames were shooting from the vacant 2 story building on arrival.  Two platforms were used to control the fire.  The fire was undetermined at this time and has destroyed the historic building from the 1920s.  There were no injuries.  Transients had been seen in the building in recent days.
