Firefighters in St. Paul used a rope hauling system to rescue a woman who fell about 30 feet while hiking on a bluff along the Mississippi River on Aug. 5.
Ladder 20, Sqaud 3, Medic 14 and Chief 1 were called to the scene shortly after 10 p.m.
Two firefighters from Squad 3 made their way down to assess the victim while others set up a hauling system. Crews worked for more than an hour to bring the woman up the bluff.
