Ore. Crash Leaves Three Trapped, Six Injured

Firefighters extricated three people and treated six after a two-car motor vehicle crash in Beaverton on Sept. 4.

Witnesses called 911 at 1:43 p.m. reporting a two car crash with a vehicle on its roof at Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and Highway 217.

Units from the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue West Slope Station 65 arrived three minutes later to find multiple patients and a SUV on its roof. Additional crews were called to the scene.  

Several firefighters extricated three people who were trapped in their rolled SUV while other responded triaged and treated the patients. 

Six patients were transported by ambulance to area hospitals.

Three engines, one heavy rescue, one ladder and two command officers responded.
