Two children set an intense fire that ripped through a detached garage in St. Paul on Sept. 9.
Engines 5 and 18, Ladder 18, Squad 3, Medic 8 and Chief 2 were called to 858 Thomas Ave. around 5:15 p.m. and found heavy flames shooting from the large garage.
Two hoselines were used to bring the fire under control.
Two children from the area admitted to setting the fire.
