Chicago firefighters used master streams to bring a commercial building fire under control on July 1.
The fire was reported around 11 p.m. and spread through a mix of commercial occupancies in the 400 block of E. Pershing Road.
The fire reached three alarms as crews opened up the building and found heavy fire conditions.
Two Snorkels and two aerial towers were placed in to service to pour water into the structure to bring the fire under control after several hours.
A section of wall collapsed and no injuries were reported.
