    The victim of a collision between a cement truck and sedan in Tualatin Valley was taken to the hospital by helicopter.

    The victim of a collision between a cement truck and sedan was taken to the hospital by helicopter. 

    The Jan. 14 crash resulted in the driver of the sedan being pinned inside the vehicle. 

    Tualatin Valley firefighters extricated the driver, whose legs were trapped.

    Life Flight transported the person to the hospital.

    The driver of the cement truck was not injured.

    A good underride training scenario requires the front of an acquired vehicle to be placed under the rear of a larger, heavier vehicle. The simulation would be that occupants are trapped in the front seats of the smaller vehicle.
