An early morning house fire on Dec. 5 destroyed a home in Fort Worth's Near Southside neighborhood.
Engine 5 arrived just before to find the one-story wood-frame home fully involved and the intense heat was igniting the two adjacent homes.
Firefighters deployed several attack lines to protect the adjacent homes and begin knocking down the main body of fire.
Crews from four engines and one truck brought the fire under control in 25 minutes.
