    THE COOLVILLE, OH, FIRE DEPARTMENT has placed in service a Sutphen Guardian pumper equipped with a 400-hp Cummins ISL engine, 1,250-gpm Hale Qmax pump, 1,000-gallon tank, On Spot automatic tire chains, Whelen LED lighting, Kussmaul Auto Charge system and ROM rollup doors.
