Chief Timothy Wall, Chair, VCOS: "There are so many training officers who overcome challenges and do all they can to improve the industry. We wanted a way to thank the officer that stands out for his/her hard work, tireless efforts and nonstop dedication, even at a time when training requirements grow and resources are often dwindling. This program is a way for us to give a little something back and say thank you for everything he/she brings to the industry."

Bruce Kaechele, President and CEO, TargetSafety:"TargetSafety is honored to be a part of a program that rewards the training officer that stands out for benefitting the industry. We look up to all of those who spend their time working to ensure the safety and success of others, displaying the kind of effort it takes to truly make a difference in the world. When the economic climate produces new challenges, it's inspirational to see a training officer rise above the obstacles and produce such success."
