Idaho Technology Issues License to DuPont Qualicon

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, (July, 30 2010) - Idaho Technology, Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company acting through its DuPont Qualicon Business covering reagents or methods using SYBR® Green I technology and post-PCR melting curve analysis.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, (July, 30 2010) - Idaho Technology, Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company acting through its DuPont Qualicon Business covering reagents or methods using SYBR® Green I technology and post-PCR melting curve analysis.

This extends Idaho Technology’s ongoing program to license its broad and valuable intellectual property portfolio in cooperation with Roche Diagnostics GmbH. The agreement, effective June 18, 2010, follows a series of intellectual property licensing agreements with a number of other biotechnology companies over the last several years.

Idaho Technology’s SYBR intellectual property has been useful expanding applications in molecular
biology with the use of real time PCR products.
