Westfield, Ind. – June 22, 2010 – Today IMMI®, an industry leader in the design, testing and manufacturing of advanced safety systems for commercial vehicles, announced that Larry Gray has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
In his new position as CEO, Gray will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's global business strategy and providing leadership toward achievement of annual goals and objectives. He partners with company President Tom Anthony who will focus on directing IMMI mission, philosophy and overall strategic direction.

Gray graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and technology in 1994 and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Society of Mechanical Engineers. He has been awarded five United States patents and has filed four additional patents. During his nine years with IMMI, Gray has held positions as director of research and development, director of sales and marketing and most recently as general manager.
