HUNTSVILLE, Ala., June 14, 2006 - Intergraph Corporation (NASDAQ: INGR) today announced it has entered into a global partnership agreement with Deccan International, a provider of decision support tools designed to help Fire and Emergency Medical Services operations increase their levels of efficiency. Intergraph has been working with Deccan previously in the North American market, and now has exclusive rights to resell Deccan products outside this region.

The agreement enables Intergraph to enhance its incident response and planning solutions with analytical performance management tools from Deccan, including their flagship products CAD Analyst and ADAM (Apparatus Deployment Analysis Module). On the tactical side, the integration of Deccan's LiveMUM (Move-Up Module) capability into Intergraph’s advanced public safety solution provides emergency response decision-makers with real-time information on resource allocation across their jurisdiction. For example, if an emergency occurs in one sector of a jurisdiction that requires assets from several locations to respond, the system will assess the situation and make recommendations for repositioning remaining units to ensure adequate coverage across the region in the event of other emergency calls in other areas.

"By adding Deccan's analytical tools for resource planning and optimization to our portfolio, we have further strengthened Intergraph's offering for Fire and Emergency Medical Services so they can make smarter and faster decisions in times of emergencies," said Alice Dilbeck, general manager, Intergraph Public Safety & Government. "Leveraging our combined technologies and industry expertise, Intergraph can now offer seamless performance optimization solutions to aid in Fire and Emergency Medical resource management."

"We are proud that Intergraph is offering our CAD Analyst, ADAM (Apparatus Deployment Analysis Module), LiveMUM (Move-up Module) and BARB (Box-area Automated Run card Builder) modules to their broad Fire and Emergency Medical Services customer base," said Latha Nagaraj, president of Deccan International. "This partnership will empower both dispatchers and firefighters to increase their levels of performance; and as a result, communities will be safer."
