Fresno, CA - February 15 2006, Tempest Technology, Inc announces the formation of a new company, Tempest-Fireco Towers, LLC., a joint venture between Dexter Coffman of Tempest Technology, Alan Saulsbury and Christian Baribbi and Rudi Masselin of Fireco Components.
Tempest-Fireco Towers will focus on the assembly, distribution and marketing of telescoping pneumatic towers for lighting and communications in North America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean region. Suitable for carrying floodlights, antennas, cameras, communication and meteorological equipment Tempest-Fireco towers will be available in portable, light weight, medium duty and heavy duty models. A wide range of towers designed to meet the needs of the fire and emergency services and communications industries will be available through a stocking inventory or made to order based on the specific needs of the customer.

Tempest-Fireco Towers pneumatic telescoping towers will be available with floodlights manufactured by Fire Research, Havis Shields, Akron-GFE, Tele-Lite and Fireco. All towers will be manufactured at the Italian based plant of Fireco Components with final assembly and distribution taking place out of the Cortland, New York office of Tempest-Fireco Towers. All general business operations will be based in Fresno, CA at the corporate offices of Tempest Technology, Inc.
