Zetron’s MAX Dispatch Now Provides Direct IP Connection to NEXEDGE

Redmond, WA, U.S.A., February 16, 2012 – Zetron, a leading provider of mission-critical communications solutions worldwide, announced that it is now shipping a new version of its MAX Dispatch system that includes a direct IP connection to Kenwood’s NEXEDGE® digital trunking system. Zetron and Kenwood partnered to provide a complete NEXEDGE solution that includes both the radio network and the dispatch console system. Combining Zetron’s cutting-edge MAX Dispatch console with Kenwood’s NEXEDGE system produces a powerful solution that is based on the most advanced radio technologies available.
A live demonstration of this solution will be running in Kenwood’s booth at the International Wireless Communication Expo (IWCE) in Las Vegas, NV, February 23 and 24. The demonstration will allow IWCE attendees to not only view the combined solution, but to also perform dispatching functions on MAX Dispatch through Kenwood’s direct NEXEDGE IP connection.
