Intelligent Notification Mobile is a tool designed to improve business continuity, IT service management, operational performance and employee safety by enabling mobile professionals to send, receive, respond to and track emergency and operational alerts from the Intelligent Notification platform using smartphones. This capability is critical when events interrupt normal business processes and an important message needs to be delivered to or from a dispersed workforce quickly and efficiently.
Modern enterprises are experiencing an increase in mobile workforces where employees spend less time in a typical office environment, with three out of five workers claiming they no longer need to be in an office to be productive. According to a survey performed by Forrester Research, 44% of information workers now use smartphones in their work.
