KME Receives LACoFD Rescue Order

Nesquehoning, PA – KME is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order from the Los Angeles County Fire Department for 36 rescue trucks. The KME paramedic rescue bodies will be mounted on county supplied Dodge 4-door chassis. The paramedic bodies will be constructed to detailed LACoFD specifications and completed at KME’s factory sales and service center in Ontario, California. These trucks will join the hundreds of other KME supplied apparatus delivered to the County including pumper, aerial, tender, rescue and wildland configurations.
Fire departments are able to tag-on to this purchase with either KME or customer supplied chassis for the next 3 months. Contact a KME sales representative for details.
