Summary

Your agency invests significant effort into training, honing skills, and maintaining readiness — but without clear, consistent documentation, much of that work can go unrecognized during an ISO review.

Join us on Feb. 3 when Vector Solutions’ Robbi King is joined by Michael Morash of ISO/Verisk for the first webinar in a two-part series discussing how fire departments can master ISO readiness in 2026 and maximize points under Sections 580 and 1000 of the Fire Suppression Rating Schedule.

You will learn what ISO reviewers are looking to assess, how to avoid common documentation gaps, and how to keep training, certification, and pre-incident planning records organized and accessible. We’ll also cover how Vector Solutions’ online training management platform TargetSolutions andits industry-leading ISO Training Tracker, are built to document and report ISO training hours to perfection.

In this session, you will learn how to do the following:

  • Capture training documentation that helps support credit for all personnel.
  • Record hands-on performance to demonstrate skill mastery in structure fire and live fire training.
  • Ensure driver/operator and officer certifications are accurate, current, and fully documented.
  • Track and validate training across multiple facilities, including state academies and partner agencies.
  • Maintain complete CRR and CE documentation for prevention, education, and investigation roles.
