Summary

Fire departments generate a wealth of data every day—from training records and incident reports to staffing levels, equipment inventories, and compliance requirements. But when that information lives in separate systems, critical gaps can go unnoticed and readiness can suffer.

On May 14, join us to learn how to unify your training, staffing, equipment, and incident data into a single, actionable view of organizational readiness. We’ll explore how agencies can identify performance gaps to enhance training programs, support ISO ratings, strengthen compliance, and ensure crews are prepared for real-world demand.

You'll learn how to:

  • Identify training gaps by comparing past performance, current capacity, and future risk.
  • Connect incident volume, staffing levels, and apparatus availability directly to training priorities.
  • Consolidate EMS recertification, ISO, and state compliance tracking into one measurable framework.
  • Leverage internal and external data to balance workload and strengthen crew readiness.

If your department is managing data in silos, this session will show you how to bring it all together so you can move from reactive compliance to proactive readiness.

Reserve your spot and start building a more unified, resilient agency.
