Summary

Every fire department leader knows that inspection protocols are non-negotiable, but many struggle with an unintended consequence: the documentation process itself becomes a barrier to thorough, consistent inspections. Oftentimes, inspections pull personnel away from the work as they’re required to endlessly tap through screens and manually enter notes, resulting in tediously long inspections that cause frustration and risk of missed details.

Join us on September 10 as we explore emerging technology that removes the documentation burden so teams can focus on what they were trained to do. You will get a first look at Vector Solutions’ new VoiceCheck, a new AI-powered capability in VectorCheck It.

This mighty mobile application enables hands-free checklist completions using natural speech while automatically capturing narcotics chain-of-custody notes, apparatus check details, and PPE inspections ... hands-free, without breaking dual-signature protocol.

See how this new approach can reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and help personnel stay focused on the inspection from start to finish.

During this webinar, we'll cover:

  • Why inspection documentation is a common pain point across departments.
  • The emerging opportunity: how hands-free voice capture and AI are changing inspection workflows.
  • Specific benefits (reduce manual effort, improve consistency).
  • Overview of the all-new VoiceCheck in Vector Check It.
