Matt Shronts currently serves as both Deputy Fire Chief of the South Chicago Heights Fire Department and a Senior Solutions Engineer at Vector Solutions, bringing 25 years of fire service experience to both roles. A credentialed Chief Fire Officer with a master's in Public Safety Administration, he combines deep operational expertise with hands-on platform knowledge to help agencies modernize training and EMS operations. Matt is also a sought-after thought leader, speaking at events around the country on the intersection of fire service and technology.
Robbi King
Asst. Chief (Ret.), Director, Solutions Engineers

Robbi King has dedicated 27 years to public safety, including 13 years with Camden County, GA Fire Rescue, where he achieved the rank of Assistant Chief. He also served more than 13 years as a deputy coroner at the Camden County Coroner’s Office. As Assistant Chief, King provided support in firefighting, managed logistics, and oversaw the use of Vector Solutions' training management platform. Currently, he works as the director of the solutions engineer team with Vector Solutions.
