Summary

As the year comes to a close, fire departments need a clear picture of where they stand. Are personnel certifications and licenses current? Have EMS, ISO, OSHA, and department requirements been addressed? Is the right documentation in place? And what still needs attention before 2027?

Join us Nov. 12 as we examine the areas departments should evaluate as they wrap up the year and set priorities for 2027. We’ll share recommendations for developing a checklist to assess training and compliance, stay ahead of upcoming expirations, strengthen documentation, and use identified risks to inform training plans for the new year.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Evaluate training completion and key compliance requirements.
  • Review certifications, licenses, and upcoming expirations.
  • Identify documentation needs and outstanding priorities.
  • Use risk assessments to inform 2027 training plans.
