BRAD CARROLL is the Fire Prevention Specialist for the Wyoming Department of Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety. He also serves as the Wyoming Director on the National Volunteer Fire Council and sits on the Bylaws Committee and the Health and Safety Committee. Carroll is the chairperson of the Leadership Team for Safe Kids Wyoming and serves on other state boards. He has been in the fire service for 31 years and served on a volunteer and a combination fire department.
