Dynamis provides a variety of services, including strategic advice, analysis, IT solutions, training, and decision support to the government, primarily to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and to the Department of Defense (DoD).
Dynamis’s COBRA is a Crisis Information Management System (CIMS) platform with multiple tools and applications built to support all aspects of the Emergency Management program. These many tools can be used by first responders in the hot zone, at the Incident Command Post, in the Emergency Operations Center, and extend out to responding state and Federal resources.
During the 2017 inauguration events, COBRA supported different missions based on agency and user requirements, including command posts, and hazmat response.
