Sebastian Jose Beas has 23 years of fire service experience and has served for the last 4 years as fire chief in the Perez Volunteer Fire Department. Beas’ full-time job is with the Petrochemical Pampa Energia (Ex Petrobras) as an Assistant in Operational Safety and Emergency Coordinator. Beas has a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety. He is also qualified as a hazardous materials technician and incident commander, and serves as an Industrial Fires in Petrochemicals Petrobras Standards instructor. Baes was the coordinator of the Planning and Implementation Committee of the Management System and Assistant of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee of the Perez Volunteer Fire Department.
