Steven Bardwell is the program director for Waldorf University’s fire science administration program. Bardwell served as training coordinator and instructor chief at the Mississippi State Fire Academy. He also instructs for the National Fire Academy. He has conducted leadership and incident management training in 30 states. Bardwell is an instructor for the NFA’s Executive Fire Officer Program.
