Marshall “Mike” Noyes retired January 2019 from the Fort Worth Fire Department with 35 years of service as a Battalion Chief in Operations. Mike earned his M.S. degree in Fire and Emergency Management Administration from Oklahoma State University. He has taught at the Tarrant County College Fire Service Training Center since 1990, including currently in the Command and Control program. He is an adjunct faculty member in the University of North Texas at Dallas Emergency Services Administration degree program.
