Richard “Ritchie” Tice Ritchie has been in the fire service for 34 years and currently is a Battalion Chief for the Grapevine, TX, Fire Department. He also has served 12 years with the Texas Task Force 1 USAR team, deploying to numerous disasters in the United States and its territories. He has been teaching at Tarrant County College since 1995.
