Robert Reardon

Rob Reardon is the fire chief and director of emergency management for the Duxbury, MA Fire Department, where he has served for over two decades. Prior to that, he worked as a call firefighter for the Carver, MA Fire Department. Reardon is a graduate of the Executive Fire Officer (EFO) and Chief Fire Officer (CFO) programs. 

Before joining Duxbury, he spent over 10 years in the media, working for television stations and major newspapers as an award-winning photographer. His work has appeared on the cover of numerous national publications, including Firehouse Magazine. Reardon now teaches leadership, crisis communication, and social media strategy to organizations nationwide and has taught at Firehouse Expo and Firehouse World.
