Technology - As the only RMS platform built in the NERIS era, our love for technology is focused on transitioning departments from NFIRS to NERIS with either our NERIS-ready RMS platform or our NERIS Connect product.
People - Fireproof’s Culture Check provides fire chiefs a continuous feedback loop about their team’s culture, morale and well-being. AI agents conduct stay interviews, analyze and summarize the results across 6 key areas, and suggest leadership actions based on what is learned.
