Joseph Pennino

Dr. Joe Pennino is deputy city administrator for planning, performance and innovation for the city of Roswell, GA. He previously served as fire chief and emergency manager for the Roswell Fire Department. Pennino coaches executives and public safety leaders and hosts The Leadership Shift podcast. He holds a doctorate in public administration from Valdosta State University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
