Matthew Frye

Matthew Frye is the chief training officer for a municipal fire department that’s located in Middle Tennessee. He has served in the fire service for 18 years and currently runs recruit academies, officer development programs and instructor credentialing programs that are based on national standards. Frye is pursuing a doctorate in organizational leadership.
