Apparatus - Middletown, Ky., Fire Departments Gets 105-foot Aerial

The Middletown, Ky., Fire District recently took delivery of a new Pierce Quantum 105-foot ladder sold by Adrian Doleman of Finley Fire Equipment, McConnelsville, Ohio. It's powered by a Detroit Diesel DD 13 engine and an Allison transmission. To fight fire it has a 1,500-gpm pump and a 500-gallon tank.
