Apparatus - Apparatus Showcase: Marion Ind., Puts Top-Mount Pumper in Service

The City of Marion Fire Department has put into service an HME-Ahrens Fox top-mount rescue pumper in service. 

It features an exclusive 52 degree cramp angle, double frame rails, a 12-inch raised roof, 100-inch cab with an interior rear wall gear rack, a cab crew area foot rest, interior grab handles on the officer's A-post and both crew doors, heater hose insulation package for extremely cold climates.

It also has a 7-inch LCD back-up camera,  AM/FM stereo CD/weather band radio w/four speakers, 3-dimensional stainless front grille, SCBA fixed bottom cushions, 18-inch front bumper extension, chrome tow hooks, center hosewell, and HME Hydra Technology with 1,750-gpm performance.

Other features includes a 1.5-inch front jumpline, one crosslay, two speedlays, removable aluminum hose tray and a through the tank ladder group.
