The Sheffield Fire Department, in Mocksville, N.C., recently took delivery of a Rosenbauer custom pumper on a Rosenbauer Commander cab and chassis.

It's powered by a Cummins engine and an Allison transmission. To fight fire, it has a Hale pump and UPF water tank with a 20-gallon foam cell.

Other features include Insta Chain automatic tire chains, front air bag protection, Safety Vision back-up camera with audio, three front bumper compartments and 28-inch compartments in the aluminum Centurion tank cap body.

It also has a hydraulic ladder rack on the right side of the apparatus and an electric 2,100-gallon dump tank rack on the left, a Rosenbauer EZ climb ladder at the rear and wheel-well compartments for eight SCBA cylinders.

It's equipped with a dry absorb hopper in the a wheel-well, internal storage for hard suction hose, one electric rewind cab reel, a Command Light light tower, telescoping tripod flood lights, a TFT Crossfire deck and a 6-inch jet dump.
