SAN ANTONIO --
A fire truck responding to a house fire was involved in a crash Friday morning on the city's West Side.
The fire truck was headed westbound on Castroville Road when it approached a group of vehicles that were stopped at a red light, police said.
As the fire truck tried to manuever around the vehicles, a car pulled into its path and collided with the fire truck, police said.
One person in the vehicle was taken to a hospital.
Another fire truck responded to the fire call.
