Atlantic Emergency Solutions was selected the 2025 Pierce Dealer of the Year by Pierce Manufacturing. The award honors the dealership's exceptional achievement in a number of important areas, such as equipment sales, profitability, aftermarket expansion, dealer program certification, and efficient use of Pierce programs. The prize was given out at Pierce's yearly dealer conference.

“This award reflects the dedication of every person in our organization; from the sales team who listens carefully to the unique needs of each department, to our service teams who work tirelessly to keep Pierce apparatus in service long after delivery,” said Joe Pack, CEO of Atlantic Emergency Solutions. “Since we started Atlantic Emergency Solutions in 2010, our focus has always been simple: take care of the people who protect our communities. This award is a testament to that commitment, and I’m proud of what our team continues to accomplish together.”

Throughout the dealership network, a mix of quantitative and qualitative performance metrics are assessed for the Pierce Dealer of the Year Award. Growth in equipment and aftermarket sales, profitability, efficient change management, and involvement in Pierce initiatives like the Build My Pierce (BMP) configurator and Stock program are among the metrics. Dealer program performance metrics, including participation in LEADS, approval package returns, and prior to making the ultimate choice, leadership evaluates finalists based on input from Pierce dealer support teams.

“The Dealer of the Year award reflects the overall strength of a dealership’s organization and its ability to support fire departments across its territory,” said Dan Meyer, vice president of sales for Pierce Manufacturing. “Atlantic Emergency Solutions distinguished itself through consistent growth, strong operational performance and significant investments in service capabilities that directly benefit the fire departments they support.”

Through a number of significant expenditures, Atlantic Emergency Solutions increased its operational capacity and service network during 2025. In Anne Arundel County, Maryland, the business constructed a 24,000-square- foot collision center with a 70-foot paint booth. Additionally, the dealership moved its 8,000-square-foot Hagerstown service center to a new 24,000-square-foot facility.

A new 16,000-square-foot facility in Wilder, Kentucky, a 24,000-square-foot Tri-State service center in Milton, West Virginia, and a 7,000-square-foot service center with space for future development were among the other expansions.

In order to support its expanding service coverage, Atlantic Emergency Solutions has also made technician development a top priority. There are currently 62 qualified Pierce Master Technicians working for the dealership, and another 20 are anticipated to finish certification training in early 2026.

“We’re building on this momentum by continuing to do what works, including taking care of our employees and staying closely connected with our customers to support their unique needs,” added Pack. “With the strength of Pierce’s products and the dedication of our team, we’re focused on delivering reliable solutions and responsive service that departments can count on.”
