This Sutphen SPH108 rear-mount aerial ladder has a pump, tank and short jacking capabilities.

The Pennsville Township Fire Department has placed this rear-mount aerial ladder from Sutphen in service.

The Sutphen model SPH108 cab is equipped with six Bostrom Firefighter seats.

It is equipped with a 500-hp Cummins X12 engine, Allison EVS400 transmission and Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner.

For firefighting, it has a Hale Qmax 150-23S single-stage pump, a 500-gallon poly water tank, Tank Vision Pro, FRC InControl 400 pressure governor and Trident Air Prime. It also has a rear intake and front bumper preconnect.

The body has Amdor shutters, slide-out tool trays, LED compartment lighting, a rear-facing camera, rear ladder tunnel and a Hannay electric reel.

The rig has short jacking capabilities, and the aerial has a pinable waterway with an Akron 1578 ladder pipe.
