A wrong-way driver collided with an Ohio ambulance over the weekend, injuring four people.
The accident happened shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday along U.S. 23 in Circleville in Pickaway County, The Scioto Post reports. A Buckeye Ambulance carrying a patient and two other people was struck head on by a silver 2005 Buick Park Avenue driving south in the northbound lanes.
The three ambulance were injured and taken to Berger Hospital. The driver of the Buick also was injured and taken to the hospital.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident, according to the Post.
