Horton Emergency Vehicle's exclusive Horton Occupant Protection System™ (HOPS) featuring MBrace is the first ambulance patient compartment safety system that protects in both frontal impacts and rollover events. MBrace is a patent-pending, advanced frontal impact safety system that integrates an airbag into the best-in-class retractable harness for the CPR seat and squad bench. Horton equips the attendant seat with Per4Max® 4-point seat belts and RollTek® Airbag System. In addition, progressive head foam is included for all patient compartment seating positions. All Horton orders accepted after April 1, 2023, include HOPS featuring MBrace as a standard feature for side-facing positions, which include the CPR seat and squad bench. MBrace is exclusively available on Horton ambulances and as a retrofit option for most existing and remount Horton models. HOPS featuring MBrace - No one has it. Not even close.
