A Florida ambulance crew was on its way to a call when a tire fell into a hole early Thursday.

The accident involving an Orlando ambulance happened shortly after 1 a.m. as it was responding to an emergency, WKMG-TV reports. As the vehicle was driving through a neighborhood gate, a front tire became stuck into a hole about 6 feet in diameter and around 8 feet to 9 feet deep.

“I reached out to the City’s Streets and Stormwater Division, which clarified that it’s not a sinkhole, rather sand infiltration into a stormwater or wastewater line, which caused the cave-in,” an Orlando spokeswoman told WKMG.

No one was injured in the accident, but the ambulance did suffer damage. The vehicle was towed and will be out of service, WKMG added.
