The Beaver Lane Volunteer Rescue and Fire Department, Mashville, NC, has taken delivery of a SVI Trucks heavy rescue built on a Spartan Gladiator cab and chassis.

The Beaver Lane Volunteer Rescue and Fire Department, Mashville, NC, has taken delivery of a SVI Trucks heavy rescue built on a Spartan Gladiator cab and chassis.The rescue unit, with a 26-foot body, is powered by a Cummins ISX 12 500-hp engine and an Allison transmission. The four-door cab has a 20-inch raised roof with an interior EMS and equipment cabinet. Other features include OnScene Solutions cargo slides, a Resolve Specialty Space Saver SCBA filling station, a Command Light eight-head light tower, Onan 25,000-watt pto generator, and Whelen warning and scene lights.
