The Orlando, Fla., Fire Department has taken delivery of a heavy rescue built by SVI Trucks on a Sutphen Monarch 73-inch cab and chassis.

The Orlando, Fla., Fire Department has taken delivery of a heavy rescue built by SVI Trucks on a Sutphen Monarch 73-inch cab and chassis.

Heavy Rescue 1 features a Command Light light tower, a TNT 240 VAC hydraulic power unit, a Harrison generator, a Hale PTO pump and a 300-gallon water tank. It also has a rescue style front bumper that houses two hydraulic hose reels and tool storage.

The body is 26-feet long and the overall length of the apparatus is 42 feet 6 inches.
