The District of Columbia Fire Department, Washington DC, has taken delivery of 12 Seagrave pumpers. Each pumper features Seagrave’s new Capitol full-tilt stainless steel cab featuring Seagrave’s renowned safety cage design, with a seating occupancy of six. Additional features include heavy-duty 22-inch bumper extensions, stainless-steel bodies, Cummins ISX 500-hp engines, Allison EVS 4000 transmissions, Waterous 1,500-gpm pumps, and Whelen lighting packages.
