Firefighters with the Mallets Bay Fire Department, in Colchester, Vermont, have taken delivery of an HME MiniEvo pumper. It's built on a Ford F-550 4x4 cab and chassis.

It's powered by a 6.7L V8 engine and a six-speed automatic transmission. To fight fire, it has a Hale 1,500-gpm pump and a 400-gallon water tank. It's also equipped with HME Hydra Technology, a 24-inch wide brush stainless steel side mount panel and two pump house crosslay beds.

It also has a hot dipped galvanized rear frame extension, stainless steel body construction, 40 cubic feet of hosebed space, 44-inch hosebed height, a 108-inch overall length, adjustable hosebed dividers, Hannay booster reel, 200-feet of booster hose, compartment top ladder group, six LED underbody lights, upgraded folding step with LED light and two Worden wheel chocks.
