The members of the Jones, Ala., Volunteer Fire Department have recently taken delivery of a commercial pumper built by KME Fire Apparatus on an International 4400 four-door cab and chassis.

The members of the Jones, Ala., Volunteer Fire Department have recently taken delivery of a commercial pumper built by KME Fire Apparatus on an International 4400 four-door cab and chassis. The apparatus is powered by a 330-hp MaxxForce diesel engine and an Allison transmission.

To fight fire, it has a Hale 1,250-gpm pump and a 1,000-gallon poly water tank. Other equipment includes a Legacy body constructed of 3/16-inch aluminum, Amdor roll-up doors, Code 3 warning lights and Fire Research scene lights.

It was sold by Mark Higgins of North America Fire Equipment Company Inc. (NAFECO), Decatur, Ala.
