Forked River Volunteer Fire Company, Lacey Township, NJ, has put in service a 2017 pumper/tanker with a CAF system. It's built on a four-door cab and chassis with raised roof and full-height rear doors. It's powered by a Detroit Diesel DD13 500 hp engine and an Allison 4000EVS transmission. It's equipped with a Waterous two-stage 2,000-gpm pump with an electric transfer valve, a 2,900-gallon UPF Poly III tank with a 30-gallon foam cell and a Hercules CAF system with a Husky 12 foam system. It also has 911 firefighter seats, a Harrison 10,000-watt generator, TAK-4 suspension, top-mount pump panel, Trident Air Prime, rescue style body, Kussmaul auto-eject battery charging system, Hurst extrication tools, 10-inch rear dump chute and Hannay electric reel. It also has a Hedland MR Flow transmitter, Zico swing-down ladder arm and hard suction arm, front suction and discharge. It has a Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren, Whelen Power Call siren, two front FRC Evolution brow lights and an extended front bumper.
