Sea Isle City, NJ, Volunteer Fire Department, in Cape May County, has taken delivery of a 2018 Spartan EV pumper with a 28-foot Boomer aerial waterwayp. It's built on a Freightliner four-door cab and chassis powered by a 450-hp Cummins engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Hale QMAX150-23L 1,500-gpm pump, a 500-gallon UPF Poly Tank III, an Akron foam system with a 30-gallon foam tank, an FRC Pump Boss, and a Trident air primer. Other features include a 28-foot Boomer telescopic waterway equipped with six Will-Burt LED scene lights, a Harrison generator, R.O.M. shutters, Hannay electric reel, Blitz fire, Whelen LED lights, and a Federal Signal Q2B.
