The Forks Township Fire Department, Easton, PA, has taken delivery of a heavy rescue pumper built by Custom Fire Apparatus. It is built on a Spartan Gladiator cab and chassis, powered by a Cummins L9 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. It is also equipped with a Hale Qflo 1,250-gpm pump with a 500-gallon water tank with a 15-gallon foam cell. It also has a FoamPro 3012 foam proportioning system, a Will-Burt light tower, a Harrison hydraulic 12,000-watt generator, Whelen warning lights, Roto-Ray front warning light, Fire Research Corporation scene lights and a stainless steel body.
